Max

Stunning Max was born in Spain and found himself in a pound where he was in danger unless a safe place was secured. Max moved to France to go into foster and has done very well.  His foster says “He is very typical of his breed and type: He is very clever, desperately wants to please, and is a quick learner who got the hang of home life really fast.  Max is clean in the house, non destructive and understands commands. He can be left at home and isn’t noisy. Max can be, like many of his breed, suspicious of people he doesn’t know and defensive of his territory. He is learning not to nip as an expression of excitement or affection but for this reason, a situation without young or excitable children would be best. Max is sociable, not dominant and would probably prefer a home with another friendly dog of a similar type. People with Rough Collie experience would be ideal. No cats. Max listens and understands the cats are off limits but he would not tbe trusted with a cat that ran.”
